The Patek Philippe 5168G-001 was originally released to mark the 20th anniversary of the aquanaut in 2017. The 5168G is the 4th generation of the aqaunaut line which was first introduced in 1997 as the little brother to the nautilus. As this is a celebratory piece the 518G line is being offer in 18ct White Gold.
