Patek Philippe Nautilus 5712/1A

Our beautifully conditioned pre owned Patek Philippe 5712/1a is dated 2014. The 40mm stainless steel case houses the trademark horizontally embossed blue to black dial. The curved octagonal bezel features a beautiful brushed & polished finish to the steel. This brushed & polished finish continues on the stainless steel bracelet giving that well known look to the nautilus bracelets.

Rather unconventionally you will find the moonphase between the 6 and 7 hour markers, a rather unique concept back in 2006, the same is said for the subdial second indicator at 4 & 5.

This beautiful example is completed with its original box & papers.

The Patek Philippe 5712/1a was first introduced in 2006. Inspired by the 3712/1a which was only made for 1 year, both watches were the most complicated Nautilus offered by Patek Philippe at that time. Historically the Nautilus only featured a date function, the 5712/1a helped pave the way for more complicated nautilus’ thanks to its moon phase & power reserve indicator.
